The N-Ferno 6877 Winter Hard Hat Liner has three layers of insulation with an FR modacrylic/cotton blend shell, a foam mid-layer and a comfortable polyester fleece lining for extreme warmth. This lightweight thermal liner is shoulder-length to keep head, ears and neck covered and fits comfortably under helmets or hard hats without feeling too bulky. Please note this garment is not entirely fire-resistant. The fire-resistant outer shell is made 60% modacrylic cotton and 40% cotton twill blend to stand up to tough environments with inherent flame resistance and self-extinguishing properties. Foam insulation provides an additional layer of thermal protection for extremely cold environments. The 100% polyester fleece lining is soft to the touch for a comfortable all-day fit. There are four hook and loop straps on the exterior of the liner designed to securely attach to the interior of a hard hat for versatile protection in extreme work environments.

The N-Ferno 6867 Hard Hat Thermal Liner has a 100% polyester quilted outer shell, a mid-layer of foam insulation to provide an additional layer of thermal protection and a soft 100% polyester fleece lining for extremely cold environments. The N-Ferno 6874 Thermal Mouthpiece has a breathable and water-resistant 1 mm neoprene outer shell construction to trap heat in and a soft fleece liner for additional comfort. There are four hook and loop straps on the exterior of the liner designed to securely attach to the interior of a hard hat. This detachable face mask design allows you to let in air or remove for speaking when needed.

The fire-resistant outer shell and lining are made of 60% modacrylic cotton and 40% cotton twill blend to stand up to tough environments and meets requirements of performance specification ASTM F1506; classified CAT2 according to NFPA 70E. Arc-rated; ATPV rating of 20 cal/cm2. This lightweight thermal liner is shoulder-length to keep head, ears and neck covered and fits comfortably under helmets or hard hats without feeling too bulky. There are four hook and loop straps on the exterior of the liner designed to securely attach to the interior of a hard hat for versatile protection in extreme work environments. This hard hat winter liner has an elastic strip in the forehead area to keep the liner snug. Small pockets by the ears are designed to hold hand warmers.

The N-Ferno 6885 FR Winter Hard Hat Liner provides warm fire-resistant (FR) protection for those working in cold environments where arc flash is a risk. Made with two layers of FR modacrylic-cotton twill blend for enhanced warmth and comfort. This lightweight shoulder-length thermal liner is extra-long to keep head, ears and neck covered while fitting comfortably under helmets or hard hats without bulk. The unique zip-off cap design allows workers to remove the bottom part of the liner for wear alone as a thermal FR skull cap. It can also be buttoned atop hard hats to keep the bottom up and out of the way. To attach to a hard hat, remove the suspension and thread the system through the four slots in the liner. Then, secure the four hook and loop points to the suspension before inserting back into the hard hat. You can also unzip the lower neck cover for wear as a standalone FR cap.
